RPEI CCAR/ACC Training Series - CANCELED

In this training series, offered by the Reform Pay Equity Initiative (RPEI) in partnership with the CCAR and ACC, clergy members will learn how to create more equitable workplaces for their employees. This series will provide members with information about the importance of pay equity, implicit bias, equitable hiring practices, paid family and medical leave, and negotiation skills. In every session, the impact on clergy members themselves also will be explored.
