RPEI Equitable Hiring Training for Reform Movement Educators and Clergy

In this training, offered by the Reform Pay Equity Initiative (RPEI) in partnership with the ARJE, ECE-RJ, CCAR and ACC, attendees will learn how to create more equitable workplaces for their employees. This program will provide members with information about the importance of pay equity, implicit bias, equitable hiring practices, paid family and medical leave, and negotiation skills. In this session, the impact on employees will be explored. The program will also include time for partners to breakout and discuss pay equity in their individual spaces.

This RPEI Training will take place on May 15, 2023 from 12:30-4:30pm EST.
