RPEI Equitable Hiring Training for Reform Movement Partners and Members

In this training, offered by the Reform Pay Equity Initiative (RPEI), attendees will learn how to create more equitable workplaces for the employees of Reform congregations and institutions. This program will provide members with information about the importance of pay equity, implicit bias, equitable hiring practices, paid family and medical leave, and negotiation skills. This training is designed for people who serve and/or are members of Reform congregations and institutions, as clergy, Jewish professionals, employees, and members who are lay leaders/volunteers. Come on your own or with your leadership team.

This RPEI Training will take place on May 1, 2024 from 2:00-6:00pm EST.
